What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We understand that schedules can change and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our office as soon as possible. For initial evaluations, we require at least 7 business days’ notice to avoid a charge of half the appointment fee. For follow-up appointments, a notice of less than 3 business days will incur a charge of half the appointment fee. Same-day cancellations or failures to attend without notice will result in a charge of the full appointment fee.

 

Does Dr. Kye provide telepsychiatry services?

Dr. Kye offers limited telepsychiatry services for one-time consultations and for some follow-up appointments, Virtual follow-ups are available to established patients who are suitable for remote care and have stable conditions. However, new patients and most follow-up visits require an in-person appointment to ensure comprehensive assessment and care, particularly when evaluating for side effects or when complex decision-making is needed.
